FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
InterHarmony recognizes the current pandemic and world situation has made travel impossible since March 2020. In response, InterHarmony mounted an online festival that was not only a technological feat, but provided an intensive learning experience which included many performance master classes, musical seminars with internationally-renowned musical guests, lessons with famous professors, networking, social music meetings, and cultural learning opportunities. InterHarmony built on this success and launched the first ever online music conservatory, the InterHarmony International School of Music. If circumstances continue to prevent international travel, InterHarmony will move the in-person festival online using the experience and infrastructure we have in place.

Festival reserves the right to make changes to dates or locations in order to guarantee the best participant experience.
General FAQ
-
No. Application fees are non-refundable.
-
Your refund check will be mailed within two weeks.
-
No. InterHarmony did not raise the tuition for the 2021 Session II in Italy.
-
InterHarmony is dedicated to putting on the most exciting online festival and believe the online experience and in-person experience in Italy both have their unique strengths. That being said, since the online festival participants are not staying for two weeks in beautiful hotels in Europe, eating three meals a day, going on excursions, using their own pianos rather than rental instruments, among many musical expenses, InterHarmony was able to bring the tuition to a much lower rate for the online festival.
Students are encouraged to attend both the online and in-person festivals! The online festival will prepare students for the intensive in-person experience and get them practicing and ready to meet their chamber partners in Europe. If students attend both sessions, there is a 10% tuition discount off of Session I Online.
