Dorota Stanisławska, viola
Dorota Stanisławska is a viola professor at Grazyna and Kiejstut Bacewicz University of Music in Łódź, Poland. She graduated from the same University in 2001 and continued her studies at The Chopin University of Music in Warsaw from the viola class of professor Stefan Kamasa. She defended her doctoral thesis concentrated on Polish twentieth-century music in 2012.
Dorota Stanisławska performs as an active soloist and chamber musician. Her students are frequently honored in nationwide competitions. She is a member of Polish Viola Society and Viola Arte Association. She currently holds the position of the Dean of The Instrumental Department at the University of Music in Łódź, Poland.
