    Irina Lupines is an accomplished collaborative pianist, soloist, vocal and instrumental coach, teacher, and administrator. She frequently performs as a chamber musician and recitalist at esteemed events such as the Eastman Faculty Artist Concert Series, Eastman Summer Concert Series, Eastman at Washington Square, and the 2 Pianos 4 Hands Concert Series in Chicago.

    As a collaborative pianist, Dr. Lupines has shared the stage with many distinguished artists including Bonita Boyd, Paul Edmund-Davies, Michel Debost, Steven Doane, Aralee Dorough, Carlo Jans, Cecilie Løken, Lorna McGhee, Guy Johnston, Renee Jolles, Oleh Krysa, Robert Langevin, Ian Mullin, Amy Porter, Paula Robison, Gary Schocker, Irina Stachinskaya, Alexa Still, Carol Wincenc, Jim Walker, and Itamar Zorman, along with numerous professional musicians from the Rochester area. Dr. Lupines has performed at renowned venues such as Carnegie Hall, the Kennedy Center, The Lyceum in Washington, DC, the Scriabin Museum in Moscow (Russia), Casa Museo Gene Byron in Guanajuato (Mexico), and for the Europafest in Bucharest (Romania).

    Dr. Lupines has also served as the official pianist for the National Flute Conventions and the International Society of Bassists. Additionally, she has accompanied masterclasses led by celebrated artists like William Bennett, Michel Debost, Sir James Galway, Lady Jeanne Galway, Yo-Yo Ma, Gil Shaham, and Carol Wincenc.

    Currently, Dr. Lupines holds the position of Assistant Professor of Collaborative Piano and Chamber Music at the Eastman School of Music and serves as an Instructor in Piano and Collaborative Piano at the Eastman Community Music School. Recognized for her excellence, she received the 2013 Award for Excellence in Accompanying and the 2014 Barr Award from the Eastman School of Music, where she earned her Doctor of Musical Arts degree. Dr. Lupines also holds academic credentials from L'viv National Music Academy in Ukraine and the Belarusian State Academy of Music.
