    Tamara Stojanovic, violin


    Tamara Stojanovic Albahari, an internationally recognized violinist, Baroque violinist, and music educator, is an adjunct assistant professor of violin at the University of Notre Dame. She has been concertmaster of LaPorte County Symphony Orchestra since 2007, and is also a regular member of the South Bend Symphony Orchestra. Tamara performs regularly with the Fleur de Lys Baroque chamber ensemble at the University of Notre Dame. In the recent past she served as Fischoff Chamber Music Mentoring Program coach. Professional memberships include Suzuki Association of the Americas and American Federation of Musicians. Tamara holds a Master of Music in Violin Performance from San Francisco State University (2003) where she studied Chamber Music with the Alexander String Quartet, and a Diploma in Violin Performance from State Conservatory of Music ‘Luigi Cherubini,’ Florence, Italy (1999, class of Eddy Perpich). She graduated Magna cum Laude in Letters and Philosophy, University of Florence (2000).
